Driving Directions

Our office is located in northwest Pennsylvania, in the city of Erie, on Erie’s Bayfront, at 300 State Street. We are located approximately 100 miles from the cities of Buffalo, Cleveland and Pittsburgh. The office is located minutes from major North-South (I-79) and East-West (I-90) Highways.

Interstate 79 North to 300 State Street. Interstate 79 North to the Bayfront Parkway (I-79 ends and turns into Bayfront Parkway)

Continue on the Bayfront Parkway thru three traffic lights (Lincoln, Greengarden and 8th Streets)

Travel 2.0 miles to the next traffic light at State Street. Turn right onto State Street and stay in the right lane of traffic. At the third light on State Street, our building, 300 State Street, will be on the right.

Turn right onto 4th Street for hourly parking behind the building.

Our office is located on the third floor.



From Tom Ridge Field - The Erie International Airport to 300 State Street

Turn right when exiting the Airport and travel east on 12th Street (Route 5) approximately 3.5 miles.

After you pass over Interstate 79, you will travel down a hill. At the bottom of the hill, you will see a sign on a pedestrian walkway over 12th Street indicating a left turn to the Bayfront. Get into the left turning lane and turn left onto Greengarden.

Take a right at the next light which is the Bayfront Parkway.

Travel through the next light at 8th Street and then travel 2.0 miles to the next traffic light at State Street.

Turn right onto State Street and stay in the right lane of traffic. At the third light on State Street, our building, 300 State Street, will be on the right.

Turn right onto 4th Street for hourly parking behind the building.
